It depends on the person and what there levels were when they were at their peaks and what they were used to. The number chart isnt that effective, going based on how you feel is a better indicator
This game isn't for everyone, being big and bloated doesn't make you the man, nor does being 110lbs ripped. If you are not competing, find a happy medium. I was thin once, learned all there was to learn about steroids and got pretty big. Then learned how to eat and I got really huge.

Trust mines sits at 68 2wks after pins. Most medical scales are 341- 1100. Depends which lab does it. You will know its low when you don't want to get up for nothing even to eat

your dr is correct. 383 is normal....for an 80 year old man!
mine was 360 and my dr put me on 200mg test cyp weekly. the test level number is just one piece, they need to take into account how you feel and your symptoms. Some people feel great on 300 and show no symptoms of low t, others have low t symptoms with 600

Also checking vitamin d levels is worth it. Once in the past my bloods were low test and low vitamin d, got the test back up to 700 still felt tired all the time started supplementing with vitamin d and felt great after a couple weeks. I take a maintenance dose now. As Bulk-cut said it varies from person to person. If natural for one guy is 1000 and is 700 for another then they are going to feel alot different if they both experience a drop to 500.

Had consistent high blood pressure 150/90 with 200mg of test cyp a week. Dr prescribed. Heard vitamin d 3 helped. Started taking d 3 1000 and b.p. back to 130/70.
