Using hcg while on cycle or trt will only allow your nut sack to regain its size. There are no other benefits to doing this. Once you decide to go the trt route and your body adjusts, your nut sack will regain its normal size.

[QUOTE=ctmuscledad;715130]At my age, 50, 4 kids, 4 years on my own TRT, I don't plan to PCT unless I need to...I kinda fucked around running test from the get go, so now, the only way I feel it is when I run around 350 to 400 every 7 days....
R. As stated previously running 350-400mg Test a week is definitely not TRT, but rather a continuous light cycle. Being on a cycle for 4 years straight makes it appear "iffy" if you could get your natural test back or not? Again, this is where a knowledgeable TRT specialist would be beneficial to see if he/she could get you back to normal with Clomid/HCG therapy or not? If not, then TRT would be recommended and dosages adjusted accordingly.
However, based on advice I picked up on here, I am thinking of lowering my dose and take a shot every three/four days for consistency in my T levels.....
R. True TRT is in the range of 200mg a week or less, usually less, using twice a week injections.
I have thought about a PCT/Off for 3 months, then jump back on at a lower dose and ride it out from there....not sure. I honestly don't think my shit will fire up giving my high doses and longevity of taking it.....
R. Don't speculate, I personally still think you would benefit from seeing a TRT specialist and doing a full lab panel to see what the best course of action would be for your particular situation. What works for one guy doesn't necessarily mean its going to work for you in your situation.
I'm a very honest person and have no problem saying I fucked up from the get go and should have cycled on and off, keeping doses low...But lack of research and listening to dudes say, just run as much as you want, who gives a fuck, unless you planning on having kids, then fuck it.
R. Listening to those 'Doods' put you in this predicament. Who really knows why you wanted to do Test in the first place w/o having done any labs? Its all speculation? You could've had a thyroid or any number of issues affecting your test/energy levels? This is why you should contact a professional TRT specialist. Granted there is money involved initially, but I think in the long run its best to be evaluated by a knowledgeable specialist. Rather than trying to self-medicate.
Once armed with the knowledge you get from you labs/TRT specialist or if you have any specific issues that need specific treatment or not, then you will be in a better position to choose to do things on your own.
Do you have health insurance that would cover TRT? If so, this is the route I would take.
You may find you could have specific issues that require a specific treatment, ie: high estrogen, prolactin, a pituitary issue, cortisol, etc., etc. Or that the only issue you had was as you stated. Just sayin better to be be safe than sorry.

Been doing it for years along with my HRT with excellent results. Personally would Not run my test without it. Using 250 iu's of HCG every 3 days keeps my body looking & working like it should. Also allows me to drop my dosage of HRT Testosterone (when cruising) down into the 125-150 mgs per week range while still maintaining high libido, strength and lean muscle mass. I also run .5 Airimidex every 3 days and my bloods always come back in range for estradiol levels. A very important fact if you wanna live a long life..
