have you done blood test before starting your test to establish your baseline.and doing another one after 6 or 8 week to see what is your stat so you cam work on a plan to correct some of those out of range result

Unfortunately no a rookie mistake I will definitely do bloods on my next blast I'm new to the hood Is it cool to ask a where a great place to have bloods done?
