I’ve been training hard my diet as been consistent for the past 6months. I have had some good gains thinking it’s time to kick it up a notch. I will get my bloods next week so this could change a bit. In the past I had only ran about 4 cycles total and was vary sensitive and put on 25lbs on a test/then cycle at 400mg test-C and 100mg Tren-A cycle 10weeks. I know diet it key so I will post more on that later thinking of running a log once I have bloods back etc. The Goal to put on some more lean mass and recomp from 25%BF to 15%BF

Here is what I’m thinking. Thoughts?

Week 1-8
20mg Dbol week 1-4 ed
test-c 400mg Mon, w/front loaded 800mg
Mast-E 200mg Wen. W/front loaded 400mg
PCT week 9-12

Is once a week good on the test-c and Mast-E or should I split it to 2 times/week?
