At 72 and still exercising and training as best you can in combination with the bike is awesome.
I agree ^^^^^ the cyp and HGH is a nice combo. But you really need to remember or put an alarm on your phone, or something, to do regular injections.
I would pin the Cyp M-W-F and run the HGH 2-4ius twice daily for 5 on and 2 off. M-F is what I would do.
Never really counted on Tren to bulk but if you threw in some Deca I'm sure you'd see some gains.
Maybe slow down on so many bike rides. Good to get cardio but you could also be burning too many calories. Diet would determine.
But at least keep those injections regular.
I would start the cruise and HGH asap and blast away later in the year.
