R. Thanks. Yea don't see many guys my age posting here, but hey? Should have an "Over 60" sub-forum, lol. That's my basic program for now. Just do the low dose TRT thing with HGH 3-4 times a week, sometimes less. Sometimes I just forget or I'm too tired and fall asleep. Yea Arnold is getting there, but he stays active looking at his YouTube video's. I do notice a big strength decrease in the leg department tho. Can't push the weights I did when I was in my 50's.
