I had the stress test, ekgs, blood work, the works done. All is well there. The pain was worse with exertion because I would eat before working out. I always have. So having the full belly would cause acid reflux and the spasms. I've since then started either working out on an empty stomach or wait at least a couple hours after eating to lift. The problems have gone away. So hopefully that's the end of it. Thanks for your replies.
