Weak point training
I'll be 55 soon. I think hitting those forgotten parts after 50 really helps polish things off.
Forearms, calves, abs and traps.

Completely agree bro. Especially abs and calves. With the exception of the genetically blessed, abs and calves always seem to start lacking as guys age. I know I've had to focus more on those areas as I get older. I'd say after 35 I noticed my core wasn't what it used to be and had to put in a little more effort to keep it in check.

Yep! Everyone keeps telling me to listen to my body, but damn it my body doesn't really tell me what I want to hear anymore!!! Gotta do it anyway I guess... Cheers to being smart enough to listen anyway!!
