Hey, been doing deca only for about 2 months now, have the mild gains I'm seeking. Popping in all the right places, strength solid. Anyway, I was swimming laps today and I noticed my muscles feeling like they were "filling up." It got harder and harder to swim, but I loved the resistance. Usually swimming is something that comes very easy for me. I showered and when I went to put on my shirt, I could barely fit into it. It was then I realized my muscles had pumped up so much from the swim I had to ask the old man next to me to help me pull on my shirt. Is this kind of muscle pump normal? Healthy? Cool? Thanks.
