I don’t understand. You’re on less test than your trt dose, yet you were at 1900 total? Where’s all the test coming from??

Seems like one of those other compounds has test in it. Your total test should not have come back that high with what you posted. That said, give yourself 4 weeks before bloods once you are back to trt test only.
