      Working on my weak links...PR and finally 234lbs

      Well hit 3x 1305lbs on sled....200 above last PR...squats, overhead squats and Olympic lifting I have incorporated along with some gymnastic moves...
      Got 234 solid on right left was 224...

      I go to bed 238 wake up 229 lol I dont go to the bathroom at night occasionally 1 pee... but man it's a constant fluctuation 6 to 8 lbs every night....Screenshot_20190516-101814_Gallery.jpgScreenshot_20190516-102105_Gallery.jpg

      man I fkin hate the weight fluctuations. It's a never ending losing battle.

      I lose the same 6 to 8 lbs every night. Even when I wake up to eat it drink a shake it's still a losing battle it seems

      Well I'm glad it's not just me.....i was a little confused with that much variance....

      I assume its metabolism because for the life of me I cant figure out where it's going and I'm not aleep walking to bathroom to go...

      My resting metabolic rate is 2736 calories a day just to wake up and lay there...I eat close to 3500 off days and 4k on regular days I managed a good semi lean bulk I haven't cut weight and pretty well aced cardio to gain...

      But yeah that up and down screws with me...cant get a good figure and I'll weigh more on the heavy eating days...

      Oh what you described is pretty much SOP for all bbers. Particularly ones that are cutting calories close, having trouble fitting all their daily calories in, are on a recomp cycle, etc.

      For me it's just hard to fit all the calories in. At the 4k calorie mark it becomes a daily force feeding torture session.

      Lmao...belly bloat all day...yeah 4k is not easy doing it clean....
      Any tips I'm all ears always glad to listen for things that helps..


      I did manage a good combo considering bf and gains of almost 8 on solid....50% protein 30/20 split between fat and carbs

      Admittedly I've been doing a not so clean diet on bulk cycles for the past couple years. I'll admit it's a little bit about laziness I guess but as soon as I tried it I noticed I kept the eight on a little better.

      However unlike most guys these days I'm not trying to maintain the year round shredded look so it's not an issue. I don't go nuts with it mostly because I'm more concerned with cholesterol, maintaining insulin sensitivity, etc.

      EQ has been a big help. Its a staple of all my bulks. Insulin is kind of a taboo topic but I've used it in 4 week cycles and its worked wonders. Hgh helps some. Ghrp 6 works really well to simulate hunger.

      Eatting as many small meals through out the daaaaayas possible seems to keep my appetite up.

      One big thing for me personally is making sure I keep my carb calories high.

      My appetite shuts down without carbs.

      Carbs stimulate the release of ghrelin.

      Ghrelin is nick named the hunger hormone.

      That's good to know.....I do crossfit, running a spartan beast here shortly and compete in strength year round so I keep semi light and lean pretty easily...I was on eq I need to get some more I did mast and found I got angrier than normal lol...

      When I have a break I am going to eat more lift more and go heavier while on a tren cycle...I am cruising right now but going to pop deca for joint and tendoin pain....

      I like long ester nandro myself but I've heard guys say that short ester test and nandro doesn't cause then as much water retention as long ester does.

      Something to maybe consider if you start to look too watery for your preference.

      Maybe it affected your estrogen levels causing a bit of aggression? Mast has anti estrogenic properties.

      Yeah with that kind of Athletic work load I'm a little surprised you manage to maintain the size you have lol.

      I personally can't grow on a bulk unless I exert myself as little as possible outside the gym and eat as much as possible.

      I personally don't do well at all on a bulk with tren. The increased carbs of a bulk make me sweat profusely if I add tren in. I also get a ton of other tren side effects if I use the long ester, take high dosage, and stay on it too long.

      I'll use it for a short run during a recomp but that's it for me.

      I only use tren a on the rare occasions that I use tren at all. I prefer using a short ester that way I can get it out of my system much quicker if the sides get too bad.

      I also have caber on hand for sides as soon as they start. Caber helps a lot. Especially with the sexual side effects.
