I hear you brother lol And what a waste not knowing anything eating like shit and half ass training under the assumption that gear did all the work , But I can say if I didn’t have the inexperience then , I wouldn’t have the experience I have now so not all was lost in those younger years it gave me the drive to learn more and it took that time to realize how much I love this lifestyle, I remember the Vet grade gear , Man some of that shit hurt !!!

I always have had good luck running proviron with my cycles kind of in the background and it was for the feeling of well-being, sex drive and the mild AI properties of it there is just enough when you are running a low dose of test , might not work for everyone but works well for me. Might be worth a try as I said before proviron is very useful but also very underrated for most people.

Young gun here. But run low doses like you all. Have a great metabolism, body type (tall dude) and clean diet. Have natural genetics. The low doses I feel great and react well to them. Never felt need for high doses. Did it once and felt crap.

I'm up there in age and run the same as always and never rule out any product. On blast I run Test 500-750, Tren 300-400. Everything always about mid range, not too crazy. I also still lift heavy and high reps. Everything stays the same till my body tells me otherwise.

Mid 40s here. I'll only be using test, var and primo for now on. Tren gave me heart issues and aromasin makes me sick now so will only be using those 3 items and honestly they are good enough!
