Proper dose to Trt on?
The goal of medicinal TRT is to get your levels in the upper/mid range during your “nadir” which means the lowest test level before your next shot. My doctors prefer to see my nadir level between 600-700 this is to ensure the peak levels won’t be supra physiological which can cause health issues in many men.
My lab test in May (which I’ll be posting soon) while on 200mg of test C had my nadir levels at 1084ng, with my Free T at 374. Doc said this is way too high, because this means my peak is likely 1200+. A 374 free test is off the charts, over double the normal range, which sounds fun but long term is not healthy- I have high RBCs and was having hypertension. Blood donation, while is fine on occasion unfortunately is not a healthy long term solution as it will drive down iron and ferritin levels.

Argon, that is a wealth of knowledge thank you. My question is what if I give plasma? I know about giving whole blood every 8 weeks. Is there anything about giving plasma?

Anytime bro! I used to give plasma semi-regularly for extra cash, and I always wondered about that too. I think it definitely couldn’t hurt since you get hydrated nicely with the IV fluids at the end, which might help your hematocrit, but I don’t know if it makes much difference in RBCs since they return those to you.
