Recommendations for a runner over 40 on TRT

      Hi
I am not a body builder, no a profesional athlete at all. just a weekend runner.
I am 44, and start TRT about a some months ago because I as suffering low T symptoms since 38
I visit a lot of doctors, physiatrist, specialists, all said I was just getting old and must accept it
I was having ligament injuries a lot, specialist recommend to stay at home and watch TV instead of exercise
I try that approach, and my whole heath go to the trash
Then I star exercising again and my heath improve
I stop visiting doctors and just search the google and youtube for all my symptoms
thats where I found some antiaging sites that said GH was the cure for all my symptoms
Was looking for an affordable source of GH no luck at all
After purchasing junk from scam sellers, I decide to try body building forums to ask for sources...
that's how I find this site...

      now days, I feel great!!!!!
I first start using for about one or two months:
      GH 2 IU, 5 days a week
      TB500 .5 ml two times a week
      BPC 157 .05 ml 5 times a week

      then add:
      Test Cyp 150mg/2

Start Using Eq for the last weeks, because it supposed to increase endurance? 60 mg once a week

the only drawback, since starting using Test, my calf hurts after running, and that's have reduced my ability to run long distances, hills, and sprints...
last week was the first time since I start TRT to don't feel like shit after running
before TRT, I feel no energy when start running, but after a couple of minutes I feel good and were able to run 12 miles like nothing, after finish I was so week I need to sleep 8 to 10 hrs
but, after TRT, y feel more energy, but my legs have a lot of pain, and is very difficult to run more than 6 miles

      So, my question
are there any runners on this forums?
      any runner on TRT?
      what do you recommend? ratios?
      supplements?
      etc.. etc..?

Dont want to get BIG, just have a good health! less pain, and enjoy life!

If I was an endurance athlete I’d do 30mg test prop EOD. That’s just enough for benefits without any sides. Test prop hits harder than other esters. It Gives you positive energy quick. I’d do 15-20mg NPP EOD. A tiny amount of nandrolone will help
incresse synovial fluid in the joints making the run much easier. I would only use equipoise if you don’t have issues with high hemoglobin as it increases red blood cell count more than other AAS. This gives you more oxygenated blood for better endurance. I’d say 50mg EOD. I myself prefer injections with a 29 gauge 1/2 inch insulin syringe. I would put all of that in a 1cc insulin syringe and inject it intramuscularly every other day in a lean part of the body, in the quads for me. Ventro glutes may be best so you don’t get any post injection soreness in your quads which could hinder your running.
2ius HGH is perfect! Doctors typically recommend subcutaneous HGH shots before bed. I like to take HGH 3 times a day myself, but I’m doing a higher dose.
Or, if you only want to inject twice a week, and you prefer longer acting esters, then do 75mg test cyp, 50mg deca, 50mg equipoise twice a week.
There are many ways to go. Trial and error will help you find what works best for you.

I'd take an educated guess and say the pumps and soreness in your calves is from the increasing RBC count since beginning TRT. You didn't have the same blood volume then that you do now, you'll likely get used to it as long as you acclimate to the long distance under these new conditions. I hope everything goes well, GET SOME!

I do not run but actually mountain bike usually about 200 minutes a week. I really pushed creatine to help with cramps, increasing salt, and plenty of water.

Most of the time I am simply doing trt doses. I am 43. Weight lift during the week and ride on weekends.

I got cramps yesterday in my calves during seated calf raises. Could be you pushing a little harder than you used too.

Not an athlete just a guy who likes to feel better.

Thanks for all the info I’m really loving this forum. Especially being 46”7 years old looking to go from lifting heavy to going to an endurance athlete. Please keep sharing.

my RBC is always on the lowest side!
may be more red blood cells pumping around is the reason for pain in calfs...
Ive been on trt approx. since July.
