I’m 3 days in on this fast.. not too bad, mct oil with my coffee in the morning and I’m ready to eat about 12:30 to 1:00.. still cruising at 250mg a cyp a week and 5iu of some old yellow tops I had. 30 mins on the treadmill and 30 mins of lifting, basic movements high reps. I’m so ready to hit it hard in three weeks!!
