This is certainly doable! I normally dont do more than one exercise per bodypart, therefore I can simply switch that one exercise. For example, I only do the leg press for quads. I can switch to either squats or leg extensions. Thanks!

Beet root juice or a powdered beet root supp helps with pumps. A pump supp containing a mix of taurine, citrulline, arginine, etc can help as well. Happy lifting bro

Much better than what i was going to say “increase your sodium and water.”

I also don’t worry too much about the pump anymore. I don’t think it’s as important as I used to think it was.

Coincidentally enough, I had just ordered a beet supplement right before reading your response. We'll see what happens! Thanks, brother.

I rest plenty during the day and at night. You name it, more than likely I've tried it. Is this an age related issue? (I'm a 50 yr old natty). The reason I ask if it's age-related is because this situation is fairly new. Pumps were never an issue until relatively recently.
Sounds like you're overtrained. That's usually my 1st sign I need a day or 2 off. Could be from lifting or anything that could burn out your cns like stress, overheating, manual labor. You might need a few days of relaxing eating and sleeping.
Possibly it could be age related but I highly doubt it. Not clear on your diet but you could add another meal or 2 everyday.

By chance have you been getting headaches or loss of appetite? How you sleeping at night since you noticed this?

Hard to think I'm overtraining. I only train 4 days a week. I only train my back, traps, triceps, and legs on a 4 day split. I cant train my chest and shoulders due to a shoulder injury. I cant train my biceps due to a tennis elbow condition. I never do more than 10 sets per body part. My routine is as follows:

      Day 1. Back - T Bar Rows = max lift 115 lbs
Day 2. Traps - Shrugs on a calf raise machine = max lift 60 lbs
Tris - Cable pushdowns = max lift 70 lbs
Day 3. Quads - Leg Press = max lift 450 lbs
Day 4. Hams - Leg Curls = max lift 80 lbs
Calves - Calf Raises = max lift 80 lbs

As you can see, if anything, I may be undertrained. I never go to failure, and I'm never tired at the gym. My diet does need some major changes though. If I was to add more meals, I risk getting fatter, which is counterproductive to my goals. However, Im definitly not hitting the daily protein requirements. So I have to be creative there. No headaches, no loss of appetite and I sleep 8 hours at night consistently.

Thanks again for your feedback, brother. It's greatly appreciated!

How’s your form and tempo? Maybe you can tweak that a bit? I get better pumps with strict form and slow negatives than any other method.
