      Question 42 years old looking pretty ripped but want to add hgh for aging

      Hi everyone! I'm a lifetime fitness enthusiast/trainer however I'm looking for suggestions as I've recently changed my physisique in 2 years through Intermittent fasting, fasted cardio and weight training 3x a week mostly supersets I try to get a good sweat and do a solid leg routine which I make SURE I DONT FORGET THIS (GOBLET squats, squats{light bc of back compression but deep} hack squats, leg press then finishing exercises hip machine n leg curl) oh yea 5 sets calfskin before I leave 20-24 sets. Back about16-20 sets total.

      I'm happy w my physique and my diet is a huge part of it I only run sust 250 ev 5 days. No bloods. Feel great but want to know if adding hgh low dose long term would be beneficial. I also am thinking about throwing in var again cuz dam I love that shit. Tren out of question bc I sweat n cough and need my cardio...npp...ehhh...not really worth it for Me. I'm trying to stay as shredded as possible and feel as young as horny and as energetic as I did 5 or ten years ago. Is hgh dosed low maybe the answer w the var? I'm not sure but I'll post a pic if I can....any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated. Oh n btw I would just get raw var as I'd rather make my own caps so I can be sure of dose. I used to be a big homebrw guy but I stopped all that -wife...

      You look great brother!! Headed that way myself, been trying to cut down past couple months. I like your style man, in my older years I really enjoy higher reps, higher intensity, lower impact.

      I am 49 use 3iu per day to assist with recovery & to hopefully slow down father time.
      bpc 157 is a game changer for specific injuries & tb500 for general maintenance,
