Muscle pump up after swimming
Hey, been doing deca only for about 2 months now, have the mild gains I'm seeking. Popping in all the right places, strength solid. Anyway, I was swimming laps today and I noticed my muscles feeling like they were "filling up." It got harder and harder to swim, but I loved the resistance. Usually swimming is something that comes very easy for me. I showered and when I went to put on my shirt, I could barely fit into it. It was then I realized my muscles had pumped up so much from the swim I had to ask the old man next to me to help me pull on my shirt. Is this kind of muscle pump normal? Healthy? Cool? Thanks.

With my Experience, if it’s hard for me to take off my shirt after I worked out my upper body, than I know I had a killer worker! I love that feeling! I almost asked b4 at the gym if I could get help taking off my shirt buttt changed my mind real quick instead I just looked crazy for a few mins trying to get it off.
