      12 reps is good as long as you are lifting correctly. I feel you on the tiredness, it will subside. I had a whole thread dedicated to that subject. Your body has a way of working that part out, it does suck though. As far as the In and Out, well, get a double-double and get it out of your system!! I would eat two!! Just chalk it up on your kcals. Maybe protein style!! Skip the fries! Do it in the morning!!

      This gh is a double edge sword. It’s helping with the tren insomnia but it’s also making me groggy and unmotivated during the day. At least that’s what I think it is because it’s the only thing I’ve changes in the last week.

      Lastly i am feening for Some In and Out. Two double doubles with a side of fries... fuckkk...

      Ive never really experienced lethargy while running tren. This is probably my 10th time or so running tren in a cycle. I’m telling you right before I changed to a different hgh I was beaming with energy.

      I officially went threw a whole bottle and didn’t get tren cough once. I have been doing my injections a little different. Im using a 29g 1/2in for my delts, and 1in 25g in my glute. Before I would use the 25g 1in in my delts and 1 1/2 23g in gluts and get the cough every time. I think I’m on to something here...

      i do have to say this Is some good tren. I’m getting some really good results and a lot of compliments from people. I’m even catching the fat girls at my gym looking at me.. or it actually might be the other way around lol.

      Tonight my girlfriend had a work party so I had me a little cheat meal. Bbq bacon burger and fries. It was pretty damn good and well deserved. I’m ready to finish out the month strong without any more cheat meals.

      Work out- slept like a numb all day.

      As far as my meals went for this day I am not quit sure exactly how I made my shakes. I did not write my meals out for this day.

      This day was supposed to be my leg day but ended up completely sleeping the day away. I slept for about 12 hrs over the night and my girlfriend woke me up at 1:30pm. Then right after I ate my third meal I decided to lay down for about 45min to let my food digest then go to the gym. That 45min nap turned in to a 3 hour nap. I really had to cram all my meals in for this day since i spent most of it sleeping. I was extremely full by the time I went to bed and slept like a baby lol. Ill

      notes- this leg workout on Friday turned out to be a shitty work out. I did beat both my squats and front squats from last week. As soon as I started to hack squat I got splitting head Ace. Every time I did a set it would pound. So I stopped with the heavy lifting and did some seated calf’s. Then went home and took a 2hr nap then went to work. I had a slight headache for the rest of the night. I’m not to sure what that was all about because I very rarely get head aces. Maybe I’m dehydrated? I easily drink over a gallon of water everyday without even trying. Even tho my leg workout was cut short my legs have been pretty sore today.

      notes- Today I had a great workout. Felt good and beat almost all my lifts. Once again I laid down to take a nap and slept for another 3 hours. This is definitely not a habit I need to get in to. I did feel really good after I got up tho. Lucky tomorrow and Monday I€™ll be to busy to take any naps.

      Some how my work made a minor mistake and screwed my schedule up. So I had to pick up random shifts thats going to cut in to my gym time. So what Im going to do is skip my last chest workout for this week and start from from the beginning on Tuesday. That means this week Im taking 3 days off instead of 2. Imo I dont find it a big deal missing a workout here and there. Life just sometimes gets in the way.

      This is crazy how fast this gh is putting water on me while running tren. My face is starting to get a little puffy. Hopefully this is just temporary until my body gets adjusted.
