      Pharmacom review and advice for 2nd cycle

      Hello everyone,

      Last year (Dec 2016) I did a test E 300mg and deca 300mg 10wk followed by clomid pct cycle with pharmacom products, that was my first cycle ever. The guys at pharmacom were great, very responsive and professional. Had a small delay on the shipment but they kept me informed all the way, I received the gear well within the timeframe I expected. I wasnt able to do the bloodwork prior to the cycle but I know my testosterone levels are below average, I have never had anything close to the results I was able to achieve with pharmacom in the blood. Granted that was my first cycle but I highly recommend pharmacom. I contacted a few other labs before going with them, other shops seemed shady and/or unprofessional. I'll probably never use anything other than pharmacom.

      I gained about >20lbs of muscle with no side effects, it was exactly what I was shooting for (just a little on the higher range of gains I expected), I was pretty happy with it. I went from 150 to 175, major gains in strength as well. Went from to struggling to do a 10 set @135 on the bench press to an easy 185. I have never been that big and strong in my life. I'm 30yrs old, 5'11.

      But I lost most of it by now. I think most of my gains was water, looked puffy in pics. Plus I could've done a better job staying consistent in the gym and diet.


      I am thinking about doing a trenbolone Acetate cycle next. I see most people dont reccomend that for inexperienced users but I'll go small dose, 50mg tren A every other day plus Test Prop 75mg eod for 10wks followed by a clomid pct. I figure I should be okay given I had no side effects with deca. What do you guys think? I'm not looking to get huge, just put on a solid 10-15lb of muscle.

      Welcome to BOP you could've put on muscle without the gear. As far as your question yes if you do it that would be dose. Also look into AI adex and caber or prami just in case.

      I agree that you didn't need gear to make those gains and they could/should have been reached naturally by learning how to eat and train properly. I suggest you don't use any more gear until you learn the basics better and get more results that way. You will be so much better in the end by taking that advice!!
      This game isn't for everyone, being big and bloated doesn't make you the man, nor does being 110lbs ripped. If you are not competing, find a happy medium. I was thin once, learned all there was to learn about steroids and got pretty big. Then learned how to eat and I got really huge.

      Lol "never had better results than pharmacom in bloods, granted first cycle" anyways since tren is in the subject ill chime in.. tren is a great compound if used correctly and nothing like it when your diet is dirty, it will still reward you. As far as dosing yea not reccomended first cycle but if youre running say test and tren second cycle why not? How do you gain experience if you never try? I like tren ed and 50 ed is a good start cycle dose then you can go up as the weeks come IMO..then again im no veterinarian doctor but thats what id do

      Ha yeah, probably couldve worded that better. I'm comparing the results with gear vs without gear when I say "never had better results". I realize that goes without saying, it's just a testament that it does work for those in doubt.

      As far as me obtaining the same results without the gear, I realize that may very well be true for most people. Unfortunately for me, I have always had hard time being consistent at the gym (compounded with the fact that I'm naturally small) so I may need to take this shortcut and I understand and accept the risks. The way I see it, it would probably take me 3yrs to get the same results I can get with one cycle, I rather not wait that long. I want to try tren because supposedly those gains are more likely to stick, if it doesn't stick then the problem is definitely me and not the compounds and I'll make that my last cycle.

      But I will take the advice you guys gave me here in consideration. I recently started focusing on strength training, following Mark Rippetoe's program, and following a good meal plan. I'm doing well with it so will keep at it for a couple more months then reevalute.

      It does take dedication to diet and training first and foremost. Yes, you are right, it might take some time to make gains like your wanting. They will be quality gains though and it will be a great foundation to build on from that point on. good luck!

      Food and compounds. Are the support group. Take both away or one of the other away and you won't keep gains. Nothing really magical. No secret. Either on or off. If you like to do the pct gig that's good to. Blast and cruise is a good thing too. It's your ride you get to choose fast slow pyramid up taper down you pick whatever works for you no one-size-fits-all

      Iím going to go with the few who already suggested it and say learn how to properly diet and train consistently brother. Because the gear doesnít work unless you do. So like you stated in your first post, you made good gains but seem to lost them all, plus most was water retention. Which sounds to me like your diet is non existent or very inconsistent and your training is hit and miss. So itís very pointless to even add gear when you havenít even hit your natural potential. Someone said master the basics, and I totally agree. As I previously said you have to nail you diet and training year round and be consistent, then add gear. If not youíre just spinning your wheels and wasting Ďmediocreí gains youre making in gear because your diet and training are off and then you lose any type of gains made on cycle because those two aspects are not consistent not dialed in.

      And donít even consider Tren yet. Thatís a sledgehammer. If you canít make legit gains with just test, then you really have no business running anything else until you can gain and maintain with that. Hopefully this doesnít come off as rude because thatís not my intention. Just trying to educate and have you understand that gear doesnít work unless you do, and gains are a year round maintenance, not a 10 week cycle with pct then everything just goes absent or hit and miss. If you donít use it, youíll lose it. So I hope this encourages you to learn how to properly diet, track macros, time supplements & nutrients as well as train hard consistently then after thatís all dialed in, run another cycle and watch the difference in the quality of the gains and the retention of the gains after the cycle.
