      Weighed in at 244lbs this AM.. Legs are extremely sore from yesterdayís workout. Hit some back & biceps today. Feeling good so far. Starting to slightly feel the increase of test from my cruise dosage so excited to see how Iím feeling at the end of next week!

      The second day is always the worst. Legs still killing me from Wednesdayís banger but dam does it hurt so good. Today I hit arms and calves. Had a great pump, feeling really good in the gym minus the tweaks Iím trying to work around. And the dam low back pumps are coming back so Iím not sure if itís from starting insulin back up, going up in weight fairly fast or both. Oh well guess itís the toll to be swole

      Was out of town Friday through Sunday for my girlfriends first show. She competed in figure novice & open. Placed 3rd & 4th respectively. Honestly felt she should have placed 2nd & 3rd but Iíve been in the game long enough to know sometimes you donít get the placing the deserve. Took Saturday off training due to helping her get ready throughout the day.

      So today I fasted until 12:30pm. Last meal was around 7pm last night. Hit the hotel gym around 8am this AM and did a fasted pump workout with 15 minutes cardio.

      Following, great log as usual! I've thought about running proviron at 25mg instead of 50mg for less prostate aggravation. Do you find 25mg works as good? I've had great cycles with proviron but so far used 50 ED.

      Thanks JD! And yes tbh I donít run high proviron unless Iím getting ready for a show. If not Iíll just run 25mg and have had great success with it. Gotten blood work done as well and my free test was sky high
