      Tudca - liver
      Vitamin K - cholesterol
      Ashwaganda - cortisol
      Berberine - insulin resistance (GDA)
      Turmeric - inflammation
      Fish oils - joints/inflammation
      Olive leaf extract - immune system

      **Routine:
      8am: meal 1 - 2 scoops whey isolate protein + 7 rice cakes + almonds

      10:45pm: meal 2 - 8oz ahi tuna steak + 300g jasmine rice

      1:15pm: meal 3 pre workout meal - 2 scoops whey isolate protein + 2 scoops karbolyn + 1 tbsp coconut oil

      1:45pm: shoulder workout
      **intra workout drink - 2 scoops EAAís + 2 scoops glycofuse + 10g creatine
      Workout -

      3:30pm: meal 4 post workout meal - 2 scoops whey isolate protein + 4 cups cereal

      5pm: meal 5 - 7.5oz chicken + 300g jasmine rice

      7pm: meal 6 - 8.5oz fish + 300g jasmine rice + almonds

      9pm: meal 6 - 2 egg yolks + 9 egg whites + 300g jasmine rice + almonds + coconut oil

      Itís a mfíing Monday and dam does it feel good. Those few days of rest have me feeling rejuvenated to smash this week. Also very pleased with how my body has been responding to new training methodology. Had a great back workout today. Kept a good pace and felt great. Came back later and smashed some arms.

      Day 31: Wednesday November 7th

      **Notes:
      Had a good chest session yesterday. Hit a new PR and no tweak/injured feeling in my pecs which is very relieving. Been feeling the extra weight Iíve put on in the past two weeks so my body is still adjusting. Luckily Iím not getting as bad of lower back pumps as before but theyíre still there just not as intense.

      Today I crushed legs today. Been trying to incorporate more rest/pause sets this week and really enjoying it. Forgot how good those hurt. Will weigh in tomorrow so looking forward to seeing where Iím at.

      Will be getting bloods pulled tmrw. Should have results by the start of next week.

      Got busy with work and other things so wasnít able to pull bloods. However I will pull bloods either Monday or Tuesday and post up results.


      Training has been spot on and Diet has been dialed in. Everything is going good.
