      Ya bro...I thought first time he got it, it was mange...after $300 at the vet for visit a nd script of pills..shit disappeared in 24hrs..it's something in the bushes he tears down and chews on...now I gotta trim some more..didn't think he could reach them this time..but I guess he can jump higher than I thought..lil guy is a trouble maker

      Notes= have been waking up earlier and earlier even with the increase of sleep aids.. but the way I see it, I'm near the finish line 2 weeks left of Tren.. what helps me in alot of stressful or anxious situations, is remembering where I've come from, and how low and in the gutter my life of alcoholism and hard drug usage had controlled my life for way too long..so when I have some harder days to deal with..I pull strength from battling my many demons..and I realize..this is a small hurdle to get thru..you can use your past experiences to either bring you up..or dwell on your mistakes and stay down.. I guess the point of this preaching is if you keep the right perspective on things and gain strength from your hardships you've overcome..many situations won't bother you as much anymore...

      Notes= insomnia is kicking in hard...woke up nearly every 2 hrs with the sweats as well..other than that, I feel decent..still strong and losing fat...my cardio on the other hand, has gotten significantly harder to get anything high paced without running out of breath..I'm going to stick with fasted morning low level cardio walks until Tren is over..
