      To be honest Iíve heard mixed things. I hear some say that sub q reduces estrogen conversion and still absorbs just as well, where others say it doesnít process in ur body the same was as an IM.

      However with the frequency and low volume of my injections doing IM that often just isnít worth it to me

      Hey everyone-

      My legs are still sore from Sunday (WTF??)

      So I decided to focus mainly on cardio and stretching today. Started off with 3 sets of 20 on leg curls and extensions.

      Moved onto calve raises where I did 3x20 with toes pointing forward, outward, and then inward.

      After this did 15 minutes of stair master and got a good stretch.

      Dont know what kicked my ass this last leg day but they are recovering slowly despite good quality sleep and supplementation

      Got in a god chest workout today-

      Started off with flat chest press on a machine- Iíve been working at going heavier and pushing until failure, and then waiting for 15 seconds and then try to push out another 2-3 reps.

      So I did 3 sets of this- hitting around 8 reps then resting and hitting 3 more

      Following this I did incline presses- 110lb dumbbells 3x12

      Cable flies- 3x20

      1 arm dumbell tricep extensions- 60lbs 3x10

      Tricep pushdowns- 3x15

      Great pump today..

      Iím going to throw in a post soon telling all the OTC supplements I take to try and stay healthy.

      Sticking to an EOD pin cycle. Iíd like to hear your thoughts on this- Iíve heard that even with long esters you should pin ED or EOD minimum because itís the best for mimicking the natural testosterone pattern. Only pinning 2x a week will cause too much of a spike and drop in test levels.

      What do u all think? Personally I never felt big drops when doing 2x a week but maybe it was happening

      Nice chest day! Pinning schedules usually are dependent on the persons situation. Long esters are usually okay 2x weekly but eod or Ed is very efficient if done correctly.

      Hit a quad day today. Started off with leg extension drop sets
      180lb x20
      120x 20
      80x 20

      Did three of these drop sets and oh boy my quads already had an intense pump from this.

      Moved onto hack squats where I did 5 plates each side for 3x20

      Leg press half reps (focusing on tear drop)- 3x20

      Leg adductors to work on that inner width.

      Killing some food tonight and then resting up for my workout tomorrow.

      Enjoy ur Saturday everyone

      Drop Sets are a killer!! Even one exercise like dumbbells down the rack and I cannot even drive home!! Lol
