Raloxifiene is by far the best serm for gyno, also use an AI with it like arimidex or aromasin because letrozole is way too harsh too many sides... Also could use caber or prami if it is prolactin related gyno

In Beanlickers article it mentions staying away from Finasteride because it stops DHT and DHT helps stop gyno. What if we have hairloss issues, gyno issues and also noticeable enflamed prostate while running tren A and Test E? I've been using caber for prolactine and aromasin @ 25mg a day for estrogen and nizoral shampoo, along with rogaine foam for the hairloss but still have some hairloss issues and was wanting to throw in Finasteride to combat the DHT (prostate issues) and hairloss.

If we are to stay away from Finasteride, what else can be used for the prostate enflaming (I've noticed weaker urine stream and a bit of dribble when finished and the reason for thinking an enflamed prostate during cycle) and hairloss if we need to keep DHT higher for gyno issues? Can anyone help? Beanlicker?
