need some advice brothers

I'm age 31. 3 cycles deep. Second one I kept it just test but ran it long..19 weeks I think. Then hit PCT. Immediately after my PCT ended (which consisted of just clomid) I jumped into an even longer cycle. This time it was at least 25 weeks I honestly lost count. It was stupid. I've learned. I had all sorts of shit in this one too d-bol, anadrol, deca, test blends, test e test c started off at 900mg test/week way too much for a person of my experience. Anyway I ran hcg through most of it but the last 4 months I was out. So right now im 3 weeks in from last injection. Im taking clomid 100mg/day and nolva 50mg/day. I remember from before comin off gets emotional but im going thru shit right now where I must be rational. And a big concern is my boys shrunk down...way down after hcg. And I know its only a week into pct but theres no change yet last time they bounced back fast. What can you guys suggest I add to my PCT to help me recover faster? Thanks brothers. Learned my lesson for awhile.

Has it been 4 months since you stopped the hcg

Yes roughly. Oh and I should add, the deca was done awhile ago too. 5 months...ish

Can you get more hcg? I would either suggest running the power pct protocol or stay on the test another 4-6 weeks with hcg alongside with an AI then run the pct after

I havent looked at other sponsors but I suppose I could. I been off the test like 3 weeks now tho wouldnt starting back up just be wasting time?

It depends bro.... You been on test along time with no hcg for a long time. You could try and just run a pct and see if you recover but I would stay on a low dose of test with the hcg and AI alongside for 4-6 weeks and run your pct after. Your body starts producing lh quickly but recovering from the testicular disfunction that happens during a steroid cycle takes longer. The longer you are on gear the longer your testies have been shut down the longer recovery may take. Hcg will stimulate some testicular function before the pct which is a good thing

Ya your just atrophied bro 16 weeks with no hcg will shrink em but dontt worry theyll come back I would do as kubes suggested but maybe run test hcg and proviron and clomid for a few weeks then taper off and continue with proviron and clomid

Ok thanks guys. Gonna look for some hcg. My libido is still here so I mean thats a good sign. I am gonna get bloods while im waiting for more gear an hcg. Im dating this chick and want to move forward physically if you know what I mean but im embarrassed right now lol I dont want her to think this is how I am haha

Just to be clear I would not run Clomid alongside the test. Run the Clomid during pct with your nolvadex. Clomid will not be able to do its job until androgen levels drop below baseline numbers

I run clomid with test mainly because it helps with sperm production and generally for me I dont produce alot on cycle .. it just makes it feel better for me after ive been on cycle awhile. This is just bro science but test inhibits sperm production clomid effectively mitigates that problem .. hence I run clomid during long cycles for sperm production .. if your worried about your sex life id def take it with proviron and hcg .I am not sayin that it will return natural production while on cycle . But if youve noticed that much atrophy then im sure your not producing alot of sperm if you want to take clomid
