I have read a lot on this forum of this stuff and although I know each person and the way they react to these things are all individual. that being said one guy says 25 a day or as low as 2.5 a day . this is where I get confused one of the topics here says that there is a chance we get over sensitive to this ai over an extended period of time so if that is the case is better to go with a larger amount for the long run or safe to stay with small dosages ? I always hate these kind of questions but what are your thought and feelings on this ?
