Thread: 30mg nolvadex tabs, need help

60 is WAY too high a dose for nolva and not needed! id run 30 the whole time ... nolva can have sides too and not worth having when anything over 20 is really overkill ... but since you have 30 thats fine but personally no way i do 60

Id just run it at 30 for 5 weeks. Add an extra week of just nolva at 30mg at the end of your pct.
Sp it would look like=
Clomid- 100/50/50/50
Nolva= 30/30/30/30/30
Oh if you havent notied I think you should always use the clomid/nolva combo as your pct. I feel the 2 together are superior.

Let me also ask this.....I'll be starting the PCT 1 week after my last pin, should I also stop aroma at this time or would it be best to continue running it until the first day I start nolva or even a little bit while running nolva?

Keep running aroma until your first day of nolva. I'd also highly recommend clomid, as nolva only blocks estrogen creating an environment for natural test to rise; clomid will actually increase your natural test levels.

As jimmy and I have said clomid /nolva combo is way to go and Id even run the aroma thru and maybe week or two after to prevent rebound but hats just me
