Aromasin (Exemestane):a little confusion with dosage

I have read a lot on this forum of this stuff and although I know each person and the way they react to these things are all individual. that being said one guy says 25 a day or as low as 2.5 a day . this is where I get confused one of the topics here says that there is a chance we get over sensitive to this ai over an extended period of time so if that is the case is better to go with a larger amount for the long run or safe to stay with small dosages ? I always hate these kind of questions but what are your thought and feelings on this ?

12.5 is a good starting dose

12.5 should be more than enough.. Aromasin has a pretty long half life, you could do 25mg eod. For the most part guys like to do 12.5 ed just to make sure levels stay as even as possible

I think I will try that fist and see how it goes also should this be ran through whole cycle or just as a pct I have clomid and nolva as well

Run it for the entire cycle. I would also run in with Clomid for your pct.. Aromasin is the shit!

Actually aromasin's half life is only 10-12 hours, so it's very short and should be taken twice a day with once a day at minimum. I take about 10mg roughly every 12 hours while on cruise and up it to about 15mg roughly every 12 hours while blasting.

I fricking forgot to take it lol I will start it today .this is probably really stupid but can test / estr effect sleeping habits ?

Yeah from what i gathered aromasin should be taken ED, start at 12.5mg and a month or so into your cycle try and get a blood test to check your levels and if your estrogen is high and/or you experience high estro sides then up your dose, but 12.5mg ED is good to start imo.
