AI and hcg help
hey guys,
i have been on 250mg test e pw for the last 3 weeks. i have added hcg at 250 iu 2 x pw. i plan on adding tren a 50 mg ed.
i have ran the exact same dosages of test e/ tren a before . but this is my first time using hcg. i am not very prone to estrogen sides and when i ran this cycle last time i didn't use any AI.
my question is, should i run an AI this cycle as i am now adding in hcg ? if so where would be a good starting point. i have 1mg tabs of arimidex on hand
any help would be much appreciated

Everyone is different but when I was on trt using roughly the same dosages of test and hcg .25 mgs of arimidex 24 hours after each injection day kept my estrogen in check. I did 250 iu's hcg and 100 mgs test twice/week, both test and hcg on same day. Bloods are the only way to know for sure though. I don't run hcg during cycle anymore though, seems to me you're sending your body mixed signals. Just my opinion, lots of guys like to use it though.

thanks for the responses guys.
i know blood work is the only way to know for sure but it's too early in my cycle to get them done. so i wanted to know a general dose in the meantime. estrogen has never gotten high in the past but with the addition of hcg, i don't know how my body will react. i'd just rather take a precautionary dose of adex until i get bloods done

Run .25 mg of Adex eod wait 2-3 weeks run labs and adjust if needed

if you would take only 250mg of test per week your test level should be around 1000, so your e2 levels shouldnt be so high this is 1st, 2nd tren wont aromatize in your body to E2, more it will "suck" e2 from your body and it may cause joints and tendons injuries, also to grow you need E2, to have good libido, nice skin bla bla bla you need E2 ... so you wont need AI, but if you will feel symptoms of high E2 like itchy nipples just take nolvadex, i wrote if because i dont know what effect on you will have HCG. Just wait with blood test till hmm 5,6th week of your cycle and do blood tests but remember higher test level = higher e2, prolactin, DHT levels hope it help, and dont forget to drink a lot of water while on tren bro
