Thread: First cycle

Hey guys I’m planning on doing my first cycle soon, I’m 29 been lifting for 14 years currently 6’1 205lb 12-13%bf.
My plan is 12 week cycle of 500mg test c with 40-50 mg dbol the first 4 weeks. I want to make sure my pct looks good and when to take the aromasin.
i plan on following the pct you have in the sticky, 2 weeks after last pin start.
week 1 nolva 40 Clomid 50
week 2 nolva 40 Clomid 50
week 3 nolva 20 Clomid 50
week 4 nolva 20 Clomid 25

Do I take the aromasin throughout the whole cycle and pct? I’ve searched around and I know a lot of people have their own preferences.

Aromasin throughout...12.5ed or maybe eod would suffice.

Only run an AI if you need to. Get blood work to see where your estrogen is.

Yeah I plan on pinning twice a week. I wanted to make sure I have enough aromasin on hand. Thanks for the replies guys, I’ll look into blood work also.
