If you need pct you need a real pct.

200mg for 12 weeks is no different in regards to shut down than 750mg for 12 weeks is

Clomid 75\50\50\50
Nolva 40\20\20\20

If you want to lighten it up do the first weeks daily dose the same as the following 3 weeks

Thanks so much i will take that advice, and i think i might as well go a little higher for less time next cycle, i felt 500mgs allot more!
