How long have you been running TRT?
I would try HCG at like 1500 3X wk for a few weeks before quiting my TRT or cruise (whatever you want to call the injection of exogenous testosterone).

Steroids don't make people as sterile as some might think. Speaking from personal experience, testosterone production and viable sperm production are not the same think. No natural test does not necessarily mean no viable sperm.

Sorry for the late response I’ve been. Blasting and cruising going On 3 years now, should I get the sperm analysis done before coming to decide if I should or not?

Crazy amounts I’ve probably put about 40lbs so far of muscle and lost about 10% body fat and I’m constantly hitting PRs every workout

How’s your lipids? BP? Do you do regular bloodwork? Regular EKG?

Have you looked into HMG? I came off cycle for the same reasons. I bought a kids microscope of Amazon to get a general idea of how things were doing. I had a semen analysis done that showed I was at 50% of normal. I started HCG at 1000 units EOD and 75 of HMG EOD and I could tell week to week that there were more little men swimming around. Not an exact method but I could tell that it was working.

I only ran the protocol for three weeks because we found out my wife needed a fibroid removal in order to get pregnant. After the third week I stuck with 250mg test and 500units HCG 3x week for another 5 weeks then continued with HCG on this current cycle. Just now am I starting to see a drop in Mobile sperm under the scope. It has been 3 months since my last HMG shot. The number of sperm increased drastically from pre to post HMG. Again I can't give numbers but I would guess it tripled

I did read somewhere that after you get your sperm count up it can be maintained for up to a year with HCG only. HMG isn't cheap. I wish I could remember where I saw that but I can't.

Yeah for sure it isn’t that’s why am trying to avoid that route if I have to I’ll just do a four week hCG run followed by 16 weeks of Clomid and nolva
