Get your bloodwork done. If you do decide to get off the gear, do a proper pct and follow your doctor's advice. If you're going at it alone, what I would do is get some HCG prior to stopping and run that and hit your PCT cycle with some clomid/nolvadex. Either way, the longer you put this off, the longer it will take for your body to recover. There's plenty of stories told by some of the anabolic doctors on youtube about being on for such a long time. I thought about being on - all the time also a while back, but I just decided it wasn't worth it. Yes, having more test in your body does make you healthier - to a point, but a buddy of mine also thought the same way as well. He would blast and cruise all the time and he never gave his body a rest (he's 52). After watching him bench press 315 one night, I thought to myself, dam his face is super red! Well, turned out, after he left the gym he went home to have a heart attack. Fortunately, he survived. But, as he was bragging about how it was genetics, and all that tren and test and var had nothing to do with it. And the doctors knew about his usage of steroids and they said nothing (unless he only told them he was taking test), so they put stints in his two extremely clogged up arteries. Next words out of his mouth, he was bragging about getting more gear! Literally a week after his heart attack. I don't get it. He has a family, business and all he cares about big and ripped he looks. I like to cycle on and off - 12 weeks on - 12 weeks off (give or take a week or two lol). For me, my goals are realistic. Shed some fat, gain some muscle, stay strong and don't over do it. Just keep your goals realistic as well and you probably won't have any issues. Keep the fat off, maintain a healthy diet and don't abuse the gear. Just use common sense and do a lot of research. There's so many articles out there chronicling long term use - pro and negative. If you don't like to read, get out there do some research on youtube. Good luck brother.
I agree with this. And just to add, recovery can be discouraging. For myself anyway, I just do not recover quickly. So the down in the dumps feeling can be overwhelming as it drags and drags. However, month to month I feel better and slowly recover. My first pct was absolutely horrible cause I just was not ready for dealing all the low test sides. This is with cycling not blast and cruise. Ive been cycling for maybe 3 years.

I'm almost the same way, depending on what I'm running. Just test, I recover normally. If I'm running EQ, it can take months. What I've found out for me is that hitting yourself with HCG during cycle and off cycle can really benefit as well. I didn't touch HCG during my pct until the 4th week into it. My guys are still not where they should be, so I'm running e0d about 250mgs then tapering it off to 150 for the following week. It really does help the recovery. You gotta do the first 4 right tho. I'm also pinning 50mgs of prop on wed and Friday and staying off for the following week. It helps with the low test, but you can't really stay on it. And of course, keep Cialis on hand ha.
