      Nutrition on PCT

      Hello,

Just finished my first proper cycle of Test 500mg/ week + at the end added some oral Winny. Total length of a cycle- 12 weeks. It was recomp/ lean bulking

And now I'm wondering what would be the best plan of actions regarding calories and nutrition to keep as much as possible of a muscle mass. Should I be on a small deficit as I don't want to get more fat? Or eat at maintenance? Or surplus (but I'm afraid I will get to much fat)? Or keep small deficit and then do re-feed day to balance to maintenance?

Maybe some experienced members could share what they are doing? And how are your macros per kg/ pound per body weight looking as at PCT?
      Thank you

Eat a little less than you did on cycle. Maybe a little less carbs. Make sure you are eating protein and healthy fats. Do not overdo carbs or you will gain fat.

      Thank you for answer anaboliceffects
After posting this question did some googling (did start to panic with no reason...) and found out that most saying keep eating in surplus to keep max gains.

I did lower down little bit of protein (but still have at least 1g per body pound from animal and not sources). Fats Im trying to keep around 0.5g per pound of body weight

Your nutrition intake should only really change for your goals..
not the conpounds you are or are not running..
