Need some wisdom
I will be running my first cycle of test c only 500mg a week for 12 weeks. I have higher then usual estrogen levels normally. What should I use to combat this. I will already be adding in proviron, and nolvidex pct. Is this sufficient or do I need to add in an AI on top of proviron

AI’s keep estro in check especially if you’re estro sensitive.
I’d run aromasin since it’s not as harsh on your lipids as arimidex is. Start at 2-3x per week (either: Mon/Thurs or Mon/Weds/Fri).
Obviously to be precise you’d need bloodwork to dial it in. But once you get familiar with your body and how it responds you’ll know exactly what and how to take things based off what bloodwork shows you.
Just curious: if you’ve never ran a cycle before how do you know you’re estro sensitive?

I had blood work done, never said I was estro sensitive. When I had my labs done,.my estrogen was high. My doctor actually thought i had cycled before. Had to explain I've never had anything before. My estro was.a 42 I think

Well like I said it’s hard to dial in an AI unless you get bloodwork at some point. Someone telling you every other day off rip is being reckless because you don’t want to crash your estro. You just want to leave it in a good level. So even my suggestion isn’t gospel for you. It’ll truly be based off how your body responds/reacts and that’ll be shown again through bloodwork
Hence starting at a lower frequency and going from there would be best so you don’t crash your estro and feel like shit.
But if you’re not necessarily estro sensitive then you may not even need an AI. Your estro could have been high due to lack of proper nutrition.
The reason I specifically use AI is because my estro will spike and I’ll feel like shit. Which I found through bloodwork and now know how it feels hence I know exactly what and how to use for me

Heard, I'm will be using this information. I think I'll take a stab at it with the nolvidex and proviron on my first cycle. Ik sure I can always add if needed.
