Thread: Accutane

Hello,
im currently on 20mg a day of accutane and im wondering if its best taken w/wo food or before bed etc
any advice is appreciated

I take mine with food. Dinner time every night.
You need to be on acutane about 4 to 6 months.

It's better to take it with food because food helps it absorb in your system faster.

In the drug info guide, it says to take 1 pill twice a day unless otherwise directed by your doctor.

I would take one at breakfast and one at dinner.

Like the others said with food, and 20mg for three months worked great for me.Its going to dry you out big time.

Never used it....but hear Chapstick and a 50gal drum of water are necessary.
