      Blast and Cruise on Keto?

Not sure this belongs here so maybe a mod will move it to diet forum but specifically wondering about TRT and the keto diet.

I've been on TRT for about 2 years and on keto diet for most of that time, maybe 70% of that time. Have made decent muscle gains, maybe 10-15 pounds of good muscle...lots of complements on my changing body, etc.

I like the diet but want to MAXIMIZE good muscle while minimizing fat gains. Starting my first BLAST this week of 400-500 test along with Proviron.

Thinking I need a more traditional "bodybuilding diet" (lean protein, lower fat) while blasting?

Does anyone utilize the keto diet with their TRT in general and/or as part of their approach to blast and cruise? Perhaps someone out there that's almost exclusive keto?

      Thoughts and insight appreciated.

I personally think you’d be shorting yourself without carbs for growth. I prefer high protein and carbs and low.
