What was your pct? Nolva 40mgs first two weeks 20mgs 2nd two weeks - But i'm at the 2nd week mark in PCT, that's why I'm asking for advice. I need to know what to do, stop taking all nolva and don't use proviron? I thought proviron would kickstart the sex hormone lh/fsh that's why I was thinking about doing it. I do have hcg, but that would keep the pituitary gland shut down. believe me i have enough test on hand to get me to 4k. lol, but i don't wanna do that.. so tempting ha.
How long was pct? I'm at the 2 week mark in PCT now as of Today.
Did you do bloods pre and mid cycle? no and no. Next time I definitely will!!!! I never knew about the testing facilities until recently. So I def. will for sure.

No clomid eh.
Well, you can play around with your pct more. But the older you are sometimes the harder to bounce back.
Some will say wait and tweek and others will say TRT at your age.
That’s up to you.
