3 days after the 2 week mark of stopping the CHG boners are back! finally!!!! Still got some ways to go, but i'm seeing results. dropped the nolva to 20mg ed.

Why? I don't know, because every effing board out there says to start at 40mg ed and then taper off. If you have a different opinion and you think the science you have is better, speak up! Don't just shout about what you don't agree to, I'm all ears dude. I read and read and read and every board I've ever been on - all PCT advice starts out with both nolva and Clomid abuse, to put it in your terms. I am one where I almost never ever feel depressed and man, taking 150-250 clomid ed with nolva - I get so depressed and feel so awful. One doc I watched on youtube said he's been through way too many clomid suicides he doesn't recommend it. You say yes, I hear doctors say no. I also her experienced body builders say different. I just try to do what I think works with my body and work from that vantage. Next time, I'll use clomid. I'll give it another shot. I don't know what amount, but everyone reacts differently to it, so I start off lighter than the 250 as some say and go from there. I'll do the combo next time for sure. This was a nightmare for recovering. Actually 4 days past the 2 week mark when I stopped hcg and my boys are aching a bit, nothing major, but my energy is finally coming back and I'm once again having sexual thoughts and boners are within my grasp.... so to speak.. ha. My next cycle , is just going to be anavar 25 and test 500 for 10 weeks. so, what should I use for bloat on cycle? I always use adex - but some say letro is better since there is no rebound with estrogen. Then I'll go into PCT.

Starting to get somewhere finally. I was reading that a lot of clinics are using small doses of hcg every 3 days, so I started to use it 250ius, 1st day, 3rd day went to 500, 6th day may reduce. I am seeing progress again, and I think nolva is helping out. I am getting my clomid tomorrow so I will add that in and see if that can help start the hpta axis. grr. just frustrating!!

Like I said at 48yrs old, keep trying but it’s gonna be tough.

Why not just TRT again?

I'm with you brother I'm 54 I'll run a cycle then cruise with 100 mg's of Test E a week fuck all of that up and down roller coaster pct shit fuck life is hard enough.

I believe keeping it simple is less taxing on our bodies
