I aromatize pretty heavily. I’ve never had the balls to try it but I might give it a go next time I’m not running a 19 nor.

If you aren't producing test to convert to estrogen, why would you need to take an AI? That's just going to make him feel even worse during PCT.

My understanding is adex after ending your test can result in estrogen rebound. Aromasin is supposed to be better as it eliminates this issue

So he started taking adex halfway through his cycle because hes having high estro issues ?
Then he dropped it because he probably tanked his estrogen?
He then continued same dose of Test because hes feeling like shit and knows his estrogen level needs to increase up to a healthy range so he can feel good again.
But hes worried he may have high estro issues again so he will take adex with his pct?
Does this sound how hes thinking?

I wouldn't take Adex with PCT
Just asking for trouble

no reason to take arimidex with pct, in pct you wat your estrogen present as it helps many processes in the body and even on trt i would say no to AI's. just not needed

WTF is up with everyone on AAS boards nowadays acting like estrogen is the enemy??? Who the fuck started this trend???? I fully support the concept of keeping aromatase at a minimum but geezus aren't we body building here? Trying to build mass while crashing your estrogen is insanity.

Now If you're like me and enjoying the yrs of hard work and want to keep a dry physique yr round then yes I keep e2 low, run Nolva pretty much yr round, and add Asin when needed, but see me while bulking and call me Alvin the chipmunk.

i agree

estrogen is VERY much needed, never crush it except in last 2-3 weeks before a competition or photoshoot, on trt no AI and on cycle go by bloodwork and for sure no need to crush estrogen. estrogen is very very needed for health and growing
