I came across this last night. The report on this is it help restore the testes and the hpta axis to produce more than 75 million sperm in men with low sperm count from 12 million.

Would it be better than the old clomid/tamox cycle therapy?

Androxal is used but there are not enough studies except the 2013 one for TRT. I just go with the tried and true Nolva/clomid/hcg{when I did PCT}. Enclomiphene is available at research chem sites but, IMO/IME, I like the ton of data and real experiences. The enclo looks like you use 1/2 the dose so it is a bit stronger on paper.
