      help. im supposed be this tiered?

      First time pcting I'm running toremifene citrate,
      I'm two weeks in and 1st week 120mg a day
      2nd week 90mg a day 3rd week 60mg aday 4th week 30mg aday
      My toremifene is from Gen X chemicals?
      I'm so freaking exhausted! .

      That's expected man. Your coming off of cloud-9 - meaning gear is up and down. You were just very up from the peak of the cycle, now since your missing what gave you your pep-in-your-step so it is expected to fell tired, sluggish, depressed or what ev. Just must remember to stay focused, never quit and it's only temparay feelings that will go away with time.
      Time on = time off after PCT is done and then............it's time to cycle BACK ON!

      Ya I use a pre work out called noxipro when I'm off cycle to help me
      get a temporary boost in the gym to make up for tiredness.
      But I never miss a day in the gym unless my femer is poking
      Out my thigh, and even then I would still try a go do upper body

      Lol yea I use cec stack 2x a day while off, cut some and retain energy

      You gotta be careful with any type of pre workout. Stimulants make your cortisol raise and so does coming off a cycle so that's a double whammy, just a thought try stuff like green yea with small amounts of caffeine and get a hold of some sub q b12! There are more great ideas to use just ask if u would like some more ideas.

      I would start taking some hcg and clomid as soon as you can get your hands on it , when i cycle i always have adex on hand and usually run hcg thruout my cycle then run my pct with nolva and clomid , thinking of trying some caber this time tho because ive been hearing alot of good things about it , but when it comes to running gear , if your diet and your pct are just as important as the gear itself , i am not saying you are like this so plz dont take it that way , but I know so many guys at my gym that get gear from me and i always ask them do u want to get ur pct stuff now so you have it , and they never worry about running a pct , nor do they really watch what they eat , they just think theyre gonna inject themelves with this magic oil or take this magic pill and become this big huge vascular person , and i try to explain to them theres alot more to it than that
