I take rx ropinerole for the same thing. I personally don't think it is a direct help to lower prolactin and I would stick to caber for that. I've used it for years and can tell you after a while you tend to need more and more to get the same results. I was up to about 2mg a day split in 2 does, dinner and before sleep. It started to loose its effect, so I came off for a about a month and now I can get by with .50 mg.

If you suffer from RLS, I also found that if I take one of those electrolyte drink packages daily, my RLS is better, even though I supplement everything under the sun. I buy the pedialite version and mix in a glass of water in the mornings.
