When do you bounce back????
I did a 10 week cycle of tren and test
I知 day 16 of pct, I did 40mg of nolva for 14 days and now I知 doing 20mg. And every day I take a anastrazole 1mg, also during cycle I did 250iu hcg Monday and Thursday
THIS TIME , I feel super week and my strength just tanked, and my sex drive is almost completely gone. Should I stay and wait it out or up my nolva for longer

1mg of adex is heavy. Tanked your estrogen? You taking hcg right now? How many mgs of test where you taking? In my opinion. I would get bloods ran my man. Adex is a hell of a drug. Especially at 1mg a day. Let a lone off cycle

I was doing 300 tren and 500 test, no I’m not on hcg no more I did it the same time I pinned.

my man that doesn't mean you don't need hcg post if you do it during. Not trolling or sounding like a know it all. Listen to Oak and X. I know Oak got frustrated. He'll chime in soon hopefully. I cant tell you how many guys come to me privately with crashed estro because they're using (overdosing) adex &/or Nolva.
Just an FYI in general, if you find a protocol for anything in BBing thats 10 years old.... ask around and DO YOUR RESEARCH on everything involved so you UNDERSTAND what you're doing and not just following what may have worked for someone else.
Im not upset with the OP... I just hate adex & nolva. They are blunt instruments and have terrible side effects that are like time bombs. The main one being loss of bone density. Everyone is shit scared of some fat behind they're nipples and they research the hell out of AAS sides... Then never bother to research the ancillaries!!!!
If you dont know how it works... dont use it. If you aren't interested in understanding what we do, you should do something else.
