When do you bounce back????
I did a 10 week cycle of tren and test
I知 day 16 of pct, I did 40mg of nolva for 14 days and now I知 doing 20mg. And every day I take a anastrazole 1mg, also during cycle I did 250iu hcg Monday and Thursday
THIS TIME , I feel super week and my strength just tanked, and my sex drive is almost completely gone. Should I stay and wait it out or up my nolva for longer

1mg of adex is heavy. Tanked your estrogen? You taking hcg right now? How many mgs of test where you taking? In my opinion. I would get bloods ran my man. Adex is a hell of a drug. Especially at 1mg a day. Let a lone off cycle

Ok, for starters... explain in your own words why you are taking 40 fucking mg of Nolvadex a day?... or at all? Why are you ALSO taking arimidex at 1mg DAILY???

Basic Post Cycle Therapy:
Clomid:
Day 1: 150mg
Day 2-11: 100mg daily
Day 12-21: 50mg daily
Clomid:
week 1: 150mg
week 2: 100
week 3: 50
week 4: 50
Tamoxifen:
Week 1 (or 2): 40-50 mg daily.
Week 2 (or 3) through week 4 (or 5): 20-25mg daily.
Heavy
Tamoxifen\Clomid Combo:
Week 1: 150 clomid\60 nolva
Week 2: 100 clomid\40 nolva
Week 3: 50 clomid\20 nolva
Week 4: 50 clomid\20 nolva
Or moderate
Week 1: 100 clomid\60 nolva
Week 2: 50 clomid\40 nolva
Week 3: 50 clomid\20 nolva
Week 4: 50 clomid\20 nolva
Simple
Clomiphene @ 75/50/50/50
Tamoxifen @ 40/20/20/20

Please keep in mind that this may not be suited for cycles that exceed 18-24 weeks.
HcG- 1,500iu per week for weekk one and two. Split into three, 500iu doses MWF
Aromasin- 25mg/day (week 1+2), 12.5mg/day(weeks 3,4,5)
Nolvadex- 40mg/day (week 1+2+3) 20mg/day (week 4+5++)
