Definitely get bloods like the others suggest. No adex for pct. Typical protocol is nolvadex, clomid, and hcg.
2 weeks after last pin of test cyp start your pct meds.

Start off with a higher dose then taper down, something like

Week 1
1000iu hcg eod
20mg nolva twice a day am/pm
50mg clomid twice a day am/pm

Week 2
750iu hcg
Same as week 1 nolva and clomid

Weeks 3-6
500iu hcg
20mg nolva
50mg clomid

After week 6 you should be good to go. Get bloods done to make sure.
There are tons of pct protocols so you can do some research and find a lot of info. But I myself would do a slightly more aggressive pct that's structured like that.

Definitely worth reposting. One of the most important parts of not the most important part of a cycle if you take the pct route imo
