Thread: Need Advise

I'm going to start a cycle of 500mg Test Cyp and 300mg of deca or NPP and am looking for input/advise. I'm in my 60's and train 3 times a week, haven't done a cycle in 20 years-have been going to the gym all that time. Current test level is 589 and my BP is 111/73, no medications or issues.
1. Should I include an oral initially?
2. Should I use adex and/or aroma starting day 1?
3. Use the Clomid, Nolva and HCG PCT standard?

If you’re doing npp I wouldn’t recommend an oral. It’ll kick in quick. If you do, dbol is a nice one.

I only use AI if needed. Exemestame is my go to. I take just enough to remove whatever sides I’m getting

Clomid pct is great. If using hcg I recommend 250iu twice a week during cycle and for up to 4 weeks after. I never saw the purpose of novladex unless my estrogen shot up.

1) I prefer to wait 3-4 weeks before I sprinkle in a oral. That’s just my personal choice as I like to wait until everything is locked in nicely.

2) Maybe wait a week or two, get your e2 checked before you start and ai. I can take 600 test c and 300 mast and not even need an ai and my e2 will be around 35.

3) definitely have all pct supplies on hand so you can take them

Also, I prefer npp over Deca because of less sides
