So pumped for this meet...
As part of this journey I researched out and found a coach that has a strong record of his own. Power lifting "training" is new to me. The ability to obey commands will be challenging as I am used to marching to my own beat. Never the less the training has been strict and we have agreed to start in the mid low range of number due to the possibility of anxiety/nervous/ and possibly over shooting a movement without command.
Bench will be in the low 400s
Squats will be in the low 400s
Dead lifts will be in the low 500s
I feel pretty comfortable with these numbers, I did a huge weight lose to get into this 220 class. I went on an HCG eating plan and went for it. Dropped 24 plus pounds and I am now under weight. Not worried as to when I weight in I plan on carbing up after weigh in....
I am pumped and feel ready to take this journey,
Pretty good numbers for your 1st meet... I would say definitely have a opener you can hit around 3-5 reps. Just because it's different when you're up on the platform ready to lift. If you need any help send me a pm. I like to think I'm pretty good at powerlifting in the 198s I hit 420bench 500squat 700 dead all without a belt.. you'll see that everyone has some crazy ass squats.. last time I went to a meet some kid that's trained by Dan green hit a 501lbs squat a 123lbs bodyweight. .. I felt like such a bitch

I was reserved this meet just taking it all in was good. Placed 1st in my devision as well.
Going to look at the other state records and see what i can break. DL I was extremely reserved you just don't know until you step on stage...

It was good, meeting with my coach to look at numbers and review my performance. There is allot of room to improve upon...
