Flathead, awesome workout. I decided to try this late last week after reading this post. In addition, I really needed to make some changes in my workouts. I started on the legs and I had a lot of trouble finishing. My legs were shaking so bad just after the first 8 supersets. I started out like an animal and finished feeling like a little girl.
Did the chest/shoulders/triceps yesterday and it was really tough but I powered through it. I have to admit that I was losing steam by the end of the routine and it was tough to keep going and with intensity.
I am going to run this for a while and will post back some results. Thanks man.
